The Work
I create embodied devotional practices that help women reclaim grounded strength, intuitive authority, and energetic sovereignty.
This work sits at the intersection of mysticism, psychology, and somatic practice.
Think:
• nervous system work
• embodied movement and expression
• energetic awareness and boundaries
• neuroscience and symbolic ritual
Or to speak how my soul wants to speak…
It’s a bit like Defence Against the Dark Arts — but in this timeline its for reclaiming
your power and attention from the powers that be using your body as a vessel for divine connection…….. 🤓
Because the modern world runs on disconnection.
Disconnection from our bodies.
From the natural world.
From instinct.
From pleasure.
From each other.
And the more disconnected we become…
the easier we are to control.
This work is about undoing that.
Somatic Healing & Spiritual Coaching
For the sensitive ones who see deeply and refuse to numb themselves to the world — even when the world tells them they should.
This is a space for perceptive women who want to stay open-hearted & aware without becoming easy to manipulate.
Women who feel the electricity of life.
Who notice the patterns others miss.
Who know there’s far more to this reality than we were ever taught.
But who are also tired of abandoning themselves just to function in it.
Welcome darling.
You’re past the healing spiral
This work was never about fixing yourself.
You were never broken. You were conditioned.
Conditioned to override your body.
Conditioned to doubt your perception.
Conditioned to shrink your intensity so other people could stay comfy.
So if there’s a part of you that still feels wild…
still intuitive even amongst the doubt…
still quietly refusing to behave even when expectation weighs you down…
Good.
That part of you is alive and kicking.
And we’re going to give her access to tools so she can stop fighting and start living.
The Method
My work is built around a framework I call The Wild Witness Method.
It is designed for women who naturally perceive deeply.
Women who notice patterns, emotional undercurrents, and subtle dynamics that others often overlook.
These women are natural witnesses.
They feel life vividly. They see clearly. They care deeply.
And often, they also see things in the world that don’t quite sit right. Power structures that feel off.
Systems that feel disconnected from humanity. Contradictions that others seem strangely comfortable ignoring.
Living with that level of perception can be lonely.
Especially in a culture that often dismisses, minimizes, or avoids uncomfortable truths.
But the ability to see clearly is not the problem.
It is a gift.
The challenge is learning how to stay open to life without becoming overwhelmed by what you see.
The Wild Witness Method helps restore the steadiness needed to hold that level of perception while still living a vibrant, expressive life.
Because witnessing is not the end goal.
Witnessing is the gateway.
When you learn how to stand inside your own experience without abandoning yourself, something powerful begins to happen.
Your intuition becomes clearer.
Your boundaries become stronger.
Your voice becomes steadier.
Your desires become easier to follow.
You stop shaping your life around other people’s expectations and begin living in alignment with your own values, instincts, and inner knowing.
A Wild Witness is someone who can see clearly, trust what they perceive, and remain open-hearted enough to live boldly and expressively.
Part seer.
Part artist of life.
Part grounded human learning how to move through the world with honesty and self-trust.
The Wild Witness Method combines body-based practices, somatic awareness, expressive movement, and neuro - based symbolic integration to help women reconnect with their internal guidance system and reclaim the vitality that comes from living fully expressed.
Because the goal is not to harden yourself against life.
The goal is to become steady enough to stay heart open to it.
The work unfolds through four interconnected practices.
The Women Who Find Their Way Here
The women who arrive here are usually highly perceptive.
They notice patterns.
They read energy in rooms.
They see the cracks in systems.
But perception without grounding can feel exhausting.
So instead of trusting what they see, many women learn to doubt themselves.
This work strengthens the body and nervous system so perception becomes power instead of overwhelm.
Because intuitionwithout embodiment feels chaotic.
Embodiment turns it into authority.
Reclaiming Vitality
A big part of this work is reconnecting with the parts of yourself that existed before the world told you who you should be.
For many women, that means reconnecting with the inner child.
Not just to heal her.
But to witness her.
To remember what she loved.
What fascinated her.
What made her feel alive.
Because those early sparks of curiosity and joy often hold clues to the life you’re meant to build.
Mystic Playgrounds is about bringing those threads back into everyday life.
Letting curiosity matter again.
Letting pleasure matter again.
Letting play become something we honour instead of something we quietly outgrow.
Ready? Lets Begin.

About Mel
I’m Mel — mother, spiritual coach, somatic practitioner, philosophical artist, and lifelong student of the mysteries.
Oh, and Im a Leo Stellium, Fire Dominant 1/3 Projector so my work has been shaped by obsession and hyperfixation, years of exploringmysticism, psychology, energetics, my own personal gnosis, and the fascinating intersection where science and magic meet.
I never really saw myself as a spiritual or magical person, which tbh was mostly denial because everyone I knew called me the witch or the ghost girl, yet I definitely didn’t expect to fit into spiritual spaces (or anywhere for that matter), so when I began my own journey of awakening and finally felt like I could fit in with some of these rag tag hippies who focused on love and light and radical acceptance to one another…
Only to notice that the love and light of it all had become…very serious.
Heavy.
Almost as if curiosity and authentic emotions stopped being welcome if it meant disrupting the love and light frequency.
And that didn’t feel true to real life after a while, I couldnt keep up the farce.
I couldnt hold back my inappropriate jokes or my rage at unjustice.
I couldnt avoid laughing at myself doing shamanic work or embodiment practices.
I couldnt keep pretending that I wasn’t, quite frankly, a massive dickhead who also has spiritual abilities, loves a laugh, and has a solid mission to not take life so seriously anymore.
Because when you zoom out far enough, as a soul having a human experience, the darkness of the world that new age spirituality wants to avoid,
is actually what makes this more like a strange, beautiful cosmic playground.
Mystic Playgrounds was born from that realisation.
A space where we honour the depth of the human experience — the healing, the shadow, the transformation—
while also reclaiming the curiosity, creativity, and playfulness that make life worth living.
At its core, my work is about helping women return to their bodies.
Because the body is where intuition lives.
Where magic is channeled through.
Where truth becomes clear.
Where power returns.
And honestly…
the world could use a few more women who trust themselves instead of the powers outside of them.
The kind who question things.
Who follow their curiosity and inner joy.
Who refuse to shrink their intelligence, their needs, or their magic.
If that sounds like you…
You’re in the right place.
